Philosophy

I believe that everyone has the potential to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life, irrespective of the challenges life has thrown their way. My counselling services are designed to help clients unlock their potential and achieve their goals. I have experienced the absolute devastation of intimate partner betrayal and know how difficult it is to see the sun poke through the clouds. I want to help and empower others to not only recover, but live happier, healthier lives.
Services
I offer counselling services, including individual counselling and couples counselling with a focus on addiction and betrayal trauma. My services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client in a holistic, compassionate way.
Approach
My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and non-judgement. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where my clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings and where they can develop the skills and tools they need to heal and thrive.
I am a Holistic Health Associates International Professional Practitioner member with appropriate professional insurance. Unfortunately, I currently do not offer Medicare, NDIS or Private Health Rebates.
